Daniel Kome

Club: Numancia
Position: Midfielder

Played a big part in Cameroon's success at the 2000 Olympics and also played at the 1999 World Youth Cup.

His displays won him a move to Spain where he is now with Numancia following spells with Levante and Athletico Madrid.

Still only 22, he will hope to continue his progress this summer after featuring in the Confederations Cup and African Cup of Nations in recent months.

Kome is an effective defensive player but enjoys getting forward more and is always capable of snatching a goal.
