Midfielder Bart Goor missed out on France 98, but he is sure to make an impact at the 2002 World Cup.

He is one of Belgium's best players and is presently plays for German Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin.

Goor earned his reputation at Anderlecht. He helped the club to league success which in turn led to him playing in the Champions League.

His talents were subsequently spotted by Hertha Berlin and he was signed in April 2000 for just less than 5m.
