0922 BST: Brazil continue their impressive start to the World Cup by demolishing Costa Rica in a thrilling game. The defeat sends Costa Rica out of the competition.

87 mins: Costa Rica substitute Steven Bryce is thwarted by Brazil keeper Marcos as he runs through on goal. The ball rebounds to Paulo Wanchope, who hits the underside of the crossbar with a rising shot.

83 mins: Ronaldo goes round Costa Rica keeper Erick Lonnis and finds himself on the left touchline. Yet he still contrives a curled shot that hits the post and rebounds into the grateful arms of Lonnis.
