Claudio Reyna is arguably the best outfield player in the USA squad.
He made his name at Scottish giants Glasgow Rangers, where he spent three seasons masterminding the play in midfield and helping the side to two championships.
English Premiership side Sunderland were attracted by his talents and manager Peter Reid paid more than £4.5m - a record for an American player - for his services.
Reyna was part of the 1994 World Cup squad, but did not play because of a hamstring injury.
But it was a different story in 1998 when he played every game.
