Oita Trinita 2-1 Tunisia
Tunisia midfielder Oussama Sellami will be out of action for at least ten days after twisting a knee in a warm-up game on Saturday.
Sellami hurt himself during a 2-1 defeat by Japanese club side Oita Trinita.
The 22-year-old will therefore miss the majority of Tunisia's remaining World Cup build-up including the matches against
Argentina on 22 May and Denmark on 26 May.
Tunisia's assistant coach Khemaies Laabidi played down the importance of the defeat to the newly promoted Japanese J-League club in a match played in Saeki less than 24 hours after the
Tunisians arrived on a 26-hour flight.
"The players are all tired, mainly because of the time difference and jet-lag," he said.
"We need to get back on top form by being as active as possible."
Tunisia play Russia, Belgium and co-hosts Japan in World Cup Group H.
