Robbie Keane
Club:Leeds United
Position:Forward

Leeds United forward Robbie Keane is another young player who could become a superstar at the 2002 World Cup.

He has the ability to weave past defences with ease and often scores spectacular goals.

He has not been a regular in the English Premiership side during the 2001-02 season, but has played an important part in Mick McCarthy's Republic team.

After a spell at English club Coventry he made a dream move to Italian Serie A side Inter Milan, but things did not work out as planned and he eventually returned to England and signed for Leeds for 13m.
