Isaac Okoronkwo has turned into a quicker and physically stronger player since moving to the Ukraine in 1998.

He spent two seasons at Sherif Raspor and then joined Shakhtar Donetsk.

The first Nigerian to play in the Ukrainian domestic league, the 24-year-old has flourished.

He is still early in his international career, making his debut only in 2001.
