Raul Guerron is only 24 but has firmly established himself as one of the first names on coach Hernan Dario Gomez's team sheet.

He is a solid defender with great pace and is comfortable with bringing the ball out and turning defence into attack.

Guerron also has a fierce left-foot shot and will almost certainly chance his arm at the World Cup finals.

He has spent most of his career at Ecuador club Deportivo Quito.
