Jacques Songo'o is arguably the most experienced player in Cameroon's squad.
A veteran of the previous two World Cups he is approaching the 70-cap mark for the African nation.
He looked to have fallen out of favour with the Cameroon management following a loss in form and after failing to keep his place at Deportivo la Coruna.
But he has since switched to French side Metz where he is enjoying a new lease of life.
He may just push Boukar Alioum for a place in the starting XI this summer.
