Via Sky Digibox
Press 'TEXT' on your remote control whilst viewing a BBC channel OR press the red button when you see a red symbol on your screen.
Via ITV Digital set-top box or iDTV set
Select BBCi on Channel 17 or press 'TEXT' as you watch a BBC channel. If you have problems you may not have downloaded the software. Press 'MENU', choose 'Technical Information', press 'Select' and then choose 'Auto Update'. Press 'Select' again to load the software which takes a few minutes.
