92 mins: Turkey go down to nine men in the last action of the game. Brazil win a corner whereupon Hakan Unsal kicks the ball at Rivaldo in frustration. It hits the Brazilian on the legs but he goes down clutching his face. Hakan Unsal is sent off.
Full-time: Brazil 2-1 Turkey

90 mins: Turkey seem demoralised by the goal and are losing their shape but they have what is perhaps a last chance to draw level when they are awarded a free-kick in the penalty "D". The free-kick is blocked and Brazil nearly score on the counter-attack through Rivaldo.

87 mins: Rivaldo steps up to the penalty spot and scores with his left foot, putting the ball down to Rustu Recber's left. Brazil 2-1 Turkey

85 mins: Rustu Recber's poor clearance goes straight to Luizao, who bears down on Turkey's goal before being tugged back by Alpay on the edge of the box. Alpay is given a straight red card and the referee awards a penalty.

80 mins: Denilson, who is looking the most lively of Brazil's midfield in the latter stages of the game, is checked on the edge of the box. Roberto Carlos' low free-kick hits Luizao and comes back out to Roberto Carlos but with his weaker right foot the full-back blasts the ball well over.

75 mins: A quickly taken free-kick allows Rivaldo a bit of space - the Barcelona forward strikes the ball beautifully but his rising shot just clears the bar.

72 mins: Juninho is replaced by Vampeta and seconds later Ronaldo departs the pitch with Luizao coming on for him. Meanwhile, Denilson, who has only been on the pitch for a few minutes, is booked for dissent after giving away a free-kick.

69 mins: Turkey appear to have weathered the Brazilian storm temporarily and are stringing together a few advances into the opposition's half.

67 mins: Ronaldinho is substituted with Denilson replacing him.

64 mins: Lucio is caught in possession and gives away a free-kick five yards outside the Brazil penalty area.

61 mins: Juninho's fierce shot is well turned away for a corner by Rustu Recber. From the resulting corner, Rivaldo heads home but he is just offside.

60 mins: Rivaldo's corner is met by Lucio. There is a scramble but the Brazilian defender cannot get the ball into the net despite several bites at the cherry.

58 mins: Hakan Unsal hits a fierce left-foot drive from a long-range free-kick. It is straight at Marcos but the power of the strike causes the Brazil goalkeeper to spill the ball although he manages to grab it again before any of Turkey's forwards can reach it.

56 mins: Brazil are looking more and more threatening - Roberto Carlos sneaks though but his shot hits the side-netting.

54 mins: Ronaldo shimmies through Turkey's defence and places his shot to Rustu Recber's right but the Turkish goalkeeper manages to save.

50 mins: Brazil get back on level terms through their talisman striker Ronaldo. Rivaldo crosses into the box from the left and Ronaldo lunges forward to turn the ball into the net with his right foot.
Brazil 1-1 Turkey

48 mins: Edmilson surges forward from his own half. He slips the ball through to Rivaldo whose shot is blocked as is Ronaldo's following up.

47 mins: Ronaldo has the first shot of the second half but his right-foot effort from 20 yards is safely gathered by Rustu Recber.

1104 BST: The second half begins.

1047 BST: Turkey's goal turns out to be the last real action of the first half as the referee blows for half-time.
Half-time Brazil 0-1 Turkey

47 mins: After a flurry of chances for Brazil, it is Turkey who take the lead. Yildiray Basturk's perfectly weighted ball finds Hasan Sas on the left of the box - and the striker blasts the ball home on the half-volley with his left foot. Brazil 0-1 Turkey

44 mins: Ronaldinho darts in and out of the Turkish defence in their penalty area but his weak right-foot poke is saved by Rustu Recber.

42 mins: Brazil launch a counter-attack and Ronaldo tumbles under the challenge of Alpay when seemingly in the clear. The referee, who is caught a bit behind the action, gives Alpay a yellow. Roberto Carlos hits the resulting free-kick hard and low but straight at Rustu Recber.

41 mins: Rivaldo tests Rustu Recber again, this time with a swirling left-foot drive which the goalkeeper has to scramble down to his right to save.

39 mins: The best chance of the match so far sees Ronaldo's cross met by Rivaldo's header down towards the net. Goalkeeper Rustu Recber is going the wrong way but manages to change direction and keep the ball out.

36 mins: Turkey are enjoying a spell of possession - Tugay fires in a shot but it is straight at Marcos who saves with relative ease.

32 mins: Roque Junior is adjudged to have tripped Hakan Unsal on the left-hand edge of the box. As the free-kick is taken, Alpay goes down and appeals for a penalty but the referee waves play on.

28 mins: Cafu's cross is controlled by Ronaldo who lays the ball back for Juninho but the little Brazilian's powerful shot is just off-target.

27 mins: Cafu slips the ball through to Ronaldinho who gets in behind the defence on the right wing but his cross comes to nothing.

22 mins: Turkey's Hakan Unsal is booked for shirt-pulling.

20 mins: Fatih Akyel of Turkey becomes the first name in the referee's notebook when he is yellow-carded for dissent.

18 mins: Hasan Sas is tripped on the edge of the box. Turkey make a mess of the free-kick but the ball comes to Tugay whose fierce low drive is deflected onto the top of the bar by a Brazilian defender.

17 mins: Brazil's goalkeeper Marcos has to come out quickly to block a Turkish attack.

15 mins: Cafu streaks down the right wing and gets a sharp cross in but the ball goes behind Juninho and is scrambled clear by the Turkey defence.

12 mins: Ronaldo is brought down by Alpay just outside the penalty area and well within shooting range. Ronaldinho's right-foot effort hits the wall and goes out for a corner.

7 mins: Turkey's goalkeeper Rustu Recber strays to the corner flag to clear but he gives the ball straight to Ronaldinho, whose quick-thinking chip flies a couple of feet wide.

4 mins: Turkey win a corner through Yildiray Basturk but it is cleared by Brazil.

3 mins: Ronaldo finds himself in space outside Turkey's box but his speculative shot is high of the target.

2 mins: The first free-kick of the game as Rivaldo is bundled off the ball by Bulent Korkmaz near the corner flag - but it comes to nothing.

1000 BST: A huge cheer goes around the ground as Ronaldo and Ronaldinho kick off for Brazil.

Brazil: Marcos, Cafu (capt), Lucio, Roque Junior, Edmilson, Roberto Carlos, Gilberto Silva, Ronaldo, Rivaldo, Ronaldinho, Juninho Paulista.
