Australia were clearly the best team at the World Cup - and by some distance.
|Coach: John Buchanan|

It's not just that they won every match, but the manner in which they won, making a seamless transition from a team with Shane Warne and Jason Gillespie, to one without.
They were under pressure, most particularly in Port Elizabeth, when each time someone stepped up to save them - the sign of a strong side.
And it was players that you wouldn't have expected who came up with the goods, with Andy Bichel and Andrew Symonds playing crucial roles.
On top of which the ever-improving Brett Lee was astonishing, bowling intimidatingly fast and rushing through batting orders.
They're undoubtedly the best in the world at the moment and it's difficult to rank them in an all-time list, although I think the 1999 Australian vintage would just edge it.
What is in no doubt is that it will be some time before we'll see another team that can come up to this standard.
