Vaughan is many people's choice as future England captain

Coach Duncan Fletcher has refused to rule out the possibility of England's next one-day captain coming from outside the current team.
Nasser Hussain announced the end of his four-year stint as England's limited-overs skipper after they exited the World Cup at the first stage.
Fletcher, who will have a major influence on who follows in Hussain's footsteps, has always been thought to favour either Marcus Trescothick or Michael Vaughan for the role.
He has also expressed his admiration for all-rounder Paul Collingwood.
Fletcher said: "There are a lot of strong candidates in the side and we'll look at those candidates.
"But sometimes there may not be a strong enough candidate within that side and you may have to pick from outside.
"We have to sit down and decide what's best for English cricket."
That has prompted speculation that Surrey captain Adam Hollioake might be in the running.
He led the one-day team 14 times between 1997 and 1998 and guided them to Champions Trophy success in Sharjah.
Hollioake has his fans in the ECB hierarchy

But Hollioake has not played a one-day international since the last World Cup in England four years ago.
He was drafted into the squad this winter for the VB Series in Australia but did not get a game.
Hussain has said his successor should be allowed to gain captaincy experience at one-day level before replacing him in the Test side.
Hollioake has not been considered at Test level since playing the last of his four Tests against West Indies in Trinidad five years ago.
Fletcher said: "It's an option to have a look at someone and see if he can do the job take him from there into the Test side.
"But right now we have to look at what's best for the one-day side."
Fletcher, currently in Capetown, will meet up with the other selectors upon his return to England some time next month.
They will put together their recommendation regarding Hussain's successor and deliver it to the ECB Board.
