Olonga has had a chequered career to date.

Heralded as a great fast-bowling hope when he became the first black cricketer to represent Zimbabwe, he has yet to truly fulfil his potential.

Injuries have not helped his progress, but every cloud has a silver lining.

His latest setback - a calf injury - has just healed so he comes to the World Cup fresh.

Olonga was called for throwing very early in his career but responded by altering his action and returning to the fray with renewed enthusiasm.

What he lacks in control he makes up for in sheer pace and he will be aiming to kick-start his career on the greatest stage of all.
