For a couple of weeks, at least, the MEN Arena will stop hosting high-profile music concerts and instead prepare itself for two big Commonwealth Games events.

The MEN Arena, which is adjacent to Victoria Station, is Europe's largest multi-purpose indoor entertainment and sports arena.

It is also home to Manchester’s ice hockey team and basketball teams – the Manchester Giants and Manchester Storm.
