The Greater Manchester Exhibition Centre, which has been built within the city's old Central Station, will host three events during the Games.

The centre has already hosted a number of high-profile sporting events including the 1997 World Table Tennis Championships and the 1998 World Veteran Table Tennis Championships.

The G-Mex is usually home to a series of business conferences and exhibitions.
