The Falkland Islands have been ever-presents since their first Games in 1982.

They have won no medals but have done well in the shooting events which the majority of their team compete in.

Did you know?
Martyn Clark became the first Falkland Islands footballer to play abroad when he trained with leading Argentine side Boca Juniors in 1999 before having to return home because of a lack of funds.

He is now back in Argentina playing for Defensor-de-Belgrano in League National B.
