Debbie Ferguson celebrated her third gold medal of the Commonwealth Games as she anchored the Bahamas to victory in the women's 4x100m relay.
The Bahamas team of Tamica Clarke, Sevatheda Fynes, Chandra Sturrup and Ferguson clocked 42.44 seconds to smash the Games record by half a second.
It made Ferguson the first athlete since Australia's Raelene Boyle in the 1970s to win the 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay at the Commonwealth Games.
Jamaica's quartet of Elva Goulbourne, Juliet Campbell, Astia Walker and Veronica Campbell took silver in 42.73, with Joice Maduaka, Shani Anderson, Vernicha James andAbiodun Oyepitan third for England in 42.84.
Defending champions Australia were way off the pace in fourth, with Nigeria fifth, Sri Lanka sixth, Fiji seventh and Sierra Leone eighth.
