A star is born

Paolo Maldini makes his first appearance in the famous red and black stripes of AC Milan on January 20, 1985 in a 1-1 draw against Udinese at the age of just 16.

The son of Milan legend Cesare, in charge of the club’s youth set-up at the time, would go on to play more than 700 times for the Rossoneri in 20 trophy-filled years at the San Siro.
