Craig White

Craig White
Right-handed batsman
Right-arm fast-medium bowler

Born: 16 December 1969
County: Yorkshire
Test appearances: 31
Debut: v New Zealand 1994

White's stop-start international career has been blighted by unfortunate injuries.

But ironically he got his chance after Andrew Flintoff was sidelined with injury in Australia this time around.

The Australian-born all rounder has toured Down Under before when a torn side muscle ended his involvement in 1994/95.

He fought his way back into the set up after a spell in the wilderness, starring with both bat and ball in 2000 and 2001.

But he has since suffered a raft of problems, ranging from a mystery blackout to back trouble and even damaged his knee when slipping in the bath.
