Sport Wales takes a trip down memory lane as the Bluebirds midfielder returns to his old stomping ground - Cantonian High School in Cardiff. We talk to the man himself and to some of his old teachers to find out if the star was a teenage tearaway or an adolescent angel.
ROAD TO WEMBLEY: We take a look back at the Bluebirds' path to the final, from the dark days at Chasetown to the glory of beating Barnsley.
