Former England manager Graham Taylor has been putting in some warm weather training as he prepares to take part in Sport Relief next month.
Taylor, who is working at the World Cup as a summariser for BBC Five Live, will run the Sport Relief Mile in Birmingham on Saturday 15 July.
And he is hoping there will be no repeat of the heatwave that has affected teams in the early group games in Germany.
"The heat has proved to be a genuine factor so far," said Taylor.
"I'm hoping for a nice day, but not a hot day when I do the mile.
"If the sun gets out you'll certainly see a low-tempo performance from me!"
