Dragons recruit new fitness coach
Steve Richards has joined the Dragons from Ulster as the Welsh region's strength and conditioning coach.
The former Neath, Pontypridd and Celtic Warriors fitness coach returns to Wales on a two-year contract after spending two years in Belfast.
"I've enjoyed my coaching career and have been fortunate to work with some great people along the way," said Rhondda-born Richards.
"But Wales is my home - and I'm thrilled to be back."
