
Heineken Cup winners Leinster and beaten finalists Leicester Tigers have both earned places among the top tier of seeds for the 2010 competition.
Munster, Toulouse, Biarritz and Bath, who like Leinster were in the second pot of teams going into the 2009 event, have also been named tier one seeds.
Newport Gwent Dragons face Calvisano on Friday, 29 May to determine the final qualifier for the 24-team competition.
The draw for the pool stages is set to take place in the second week of June.
