Liskeard-Looe could face expulsion from the EDF Junior Vase after being charged with publishing racially abusive material in their matchday programme.
Jokes were published over four pages of the programme for their semi-final win over Lowestoft & Yarmouth on Saturday, some of which were racist and sexist.
The club booked a place at Twickenham by winning the game 26-19.
The Rugby Football Union said because of the seriousness of the charges any punishment could be considered.
The club will face a disciplinary hearing in Bristol next Tuesday charged with "two offences of conduct prejudicial to the interests of the Union or the game."
A statement from the RFU said: "The charges relate to allegedly publishing profane, offensive and racially abusive content in the matchday programme of their EDF Energy Junior Vase semi-final against Lowestoft & Yarmouth on Saturday, March 21.
"Nobody from the club has submitted a complaint to the RFU and that includes our fans who numbered 40""The Union may terminate or suspend membership of the Union or impose any other appropriate punishment for any such offence".
Liskeard-Looe chairman Wes Pound refused to comment about the charges when contacted by the BBC.
The programme was the first one published by the club for two years and was a special edition to commemorate the semi-final game.
Lowestoft & Yarmouth have said they did not make a complaint about the content of the programme.
"The club is fully aware of the comments made in the matchday programme.
"Nobody from the club has submitted a complaint to the RFU and that includes our fans who numbered 40 at Liskeard-Looe on Saturday," club official Keith Nelson told BBC South West.
