Hewitt happy with Pirates showing

Mark Hewitt

Cornish Pirates head coach Mark Hewitt says he is happy with the improvement he has seen in his side's performance.

The Pirates missed out on taking all the points against Doncaster on Saturday.

And Hewitt told BBC Radio Cornwall that his side's performance showed to both him and the squad that they are capable of beating any side in the league.

"We've just got to go in with that mindset now. We can play against anyone and score tries."
