Glanville accepts change of role
Pete Glanville has moved to a new role at Cinderford ahead of their new season in rugby's National Two.
The former director of rugby has appointed the club's director of rugby operations for the coming season.
"I must create the most professional environment I can," Glanville told BBC Radio Gloucestershire.
"Mark and Phil Greenaway are coaching on a daily basis and they're getting advice from the likes of Dean Ryan. It's their job to take that on."
