It is fantastic to be back with the England squad after my knee ligament injury.
The knee is feeling good and it has been very exciting running around injury-free this week.

It was very frustrating to get injured a couple of weeks before the autumn internationals and with Wasps playing big games in Europe.

Rugby is an amateur game in Argentina but they are always challenging the best teams and that says a lot about their natural ability, mentality and pride.
If we are looking to develop rugby into a world game, they should be included into a senior international competition.
I take my hat off to their achievements. Any team that can beat France in Marseille is a serious outfit.
