Cohen withdraws from England squad
Ben Cohen has withdrawn from the England side to face Australia on Saturday following the death of his father.
The Northampton player will be replaced on England's right by Leicester's Austin Healey for the Twickenham game.
Cohen, whose father Peter died in hospital on Tuesday, notified England manager Clive Woodward by telephone.
"Ben called me this morning, and we agreed that he will not take part in the
game on Saturday," said Woodward.
"Our deepest sympathies are with Ben and his family at this difficult time."
The player will rejoin the England squad at their Surrey base next week in preparation for the Test against Argentina on 25 November.
