Wigan coach Brian Noble wants his squad to remain competitive as they head into the Super League run-in.
With six games to go before the play-offs, fifth-placed Wigan recorded their third successive win at the weekend by beating Catalans Dragons 24-22.
Noble told BBC Radio Manchester: "We've now won nine of our last 12 and we're showing reasonable form.
"I think we need to keep our squad competitive for the run-in and [make sure] nobody rests on their laurels."
He added: "We've started gradually building," he added. "We've had a bit of disruption with injuries and we've got to stay strong while we've got those injuries and hope that we get some players back for the serious stuff at the back end of the year.
"I'm really, really pleased with our character because I think maybe, at the start of the season, we might not have come over that hurdle of beating Catalans."
