Noble admits to pressure at Wigan

Brian Noble

Wigan coach Brian Noble admits he is feeling the pressure after seeing his side fall to a third successive defeat.

Warriors were jeered from the pitch after the 34-4 defeat by Huddersfield on Friday.

"It's probably the flattest spot I've had since I've been here," he told BBC Radio Manchester.

"After continually climbing upwards with the team, the pressures are there every week but I put myself under that pressure anyway."

He added: "We have a new owner here at Wigan and you can bet he will be asking a few questions. But, as I say, I put myself under pressure to be a whole lot better anyway."
