Matsos praises defenceman Sarich
Sheffield Steelers coach Dave Matsos believes Rod Sarich is one of the best players in the Elite League.
The 27-year-old defenceman has been in excellent form this season and starred in the Steelers' wins over Hull and Basingstoke at the weekend.
"Rod has to be one of the best players in the league," Canadian Matsos told BBC Radio Sheffield.
"I fear the day he leaves. I'm so grateful that he's with us. He will only get better."
