Nottinghamshire jockey Hayley Turner is one step closer to a momentous achievement after a getting another winner at Lingfield on Wednesday.
The British female number one is now seven winners away from completing 100 for the year - a feat never achieved by a female jockey.
Turner told BBC East Midlands Today: "I've had a really good year.
"My target was 70, so I'm well clear of that and I've had some bigger winners and rode better horses this year."
The 25-year-old from Southwell added: "I've been a professional now for three years and it couldn't have gone any better.
"Hopefully it's going to snowball into next year.""
Roderick Duncan, clerk of Southwell Racecourse, said: "Now she's getting to ride some fantastic horses - we begin to realise how talented she is."
There are 12 days of all-weather racing left this year.
