Britain's Paralympic World Cup gold rush continued with 14 medals, including seven golds with the swimmers dominating in Manchester.
Leading the way were Heather Frederiksen, Natalie Jones and Sam Hynd who won their events setting new world records in the process.
There were also gold successes for Dave Roberts, Rhiannon Henry, Jim Anderson and Sascha Kindred.
However the men's basketball team lost 60-58 to the USA in their play-off.
The success for GB in the pool at the Aquatics centre started with Frederiksen, a member of the Salford club, beating the old S8 backstroke world record of 1:18.60 with a new mark of 1:17.41 with world champion Jessica Long from the USA in third.
Frederiksen had equalled the world record at the recent Paralympic trials but admitted she was surprised at the new mark.
"My backstroke didn't feel comfortable after the trials and in the sessions on Friday I really struggled," she told BBC Sport.
"But I'm really pleased with getting the record. I was aiming for it in the future but not here."
Jones put in a superb display to lower her own world record in a thrilling SM6 200m individual medley, finishing in a time of 3:15.72, just ahead of team-mate Nyree Lewis.
"I didn't expect this and I'm absolutely chuffed," she said. "As long as I raced well I would have been happy because I didn't have a good time at the second trials.
"I had some good sessions on Friday and that set me up well so hopefully everything will be good for Beijing."
Hynd broke his own world record in the S8 400m freestyle - the first time the Mansfield teenager had taken part in a full race in his category.
"I'm ecstatic but exhausted," he said afterwards. "I broke the record twice at the Paralympic trials and I didn't think I would do it here again.
"I'm in hard training so to go out and win is great but to do that time is a bonus."
Roberts beat team-mate Matt Walker into third in the S7 50m free while Henry got the better of Australian rival Prue Watt to win the S13 100m butterfly.

South African Natalie du Toit continued her week to remember with victory in the S9 100m freestyle with Briton Louise Watkin in second.
Du Toit, who qualified for the Olympic open water event last weekend in Seville was slightly below par over the first 50m but a devastating turn put her way ahead of the field and she went on to claim an easy win.
"I went out to try my best and although I went out slowly, I came back nicely and I'm happy with how I did - it was a nice time for me," she said.
Watkin admitted: "It wasn't my best time but the first half of the race let me down and that is something I need to work at.
"However I was pleased with the way I came back home and it was good to race again."
There were also silver medals for Anthony Stephens (S5 200m freestyle) and Fran Williamson (S3 50m backstroke).
In the basketball competition, Great Britain were denied victory late on against the USA in a game where the lead switched hands throughout the second half.
Great Britain led 33-27 at the break but the USA clawed that back to 44-43 at the end of the third quarter as GB began to tire.
The USA held their nerve as both Terry Bywater and Pete Finbow missed late chances to get GB back into the game.
Once again Simon Munn led the scoring for Murray Treseder's side with 28 points with Terry Bywater on 16.
Treseder said: "It is always hard to reflect on a tournament when you lose in the final but it was a solid game from us.
"We made a number of errors which cost us in the second half but we are better than we were at the start of the week."
Sally Wager hit a superb 27 points for the Great Britain women as they beat Brazil 57-34 for the second time in the tournament to win the bronze.
