Wheelchair racer David Weir was among the winners at the London Sports Forum for Disabled People's 2007 Awards.
Weir, who was second in last weekend's Los Angeles Marathon, won the Sportsman of the Year award ahead of swimmers Craig Moate and Dervis Konuralp.
He enjoyed a successful 2006 with victory in the London Marathon and three golds at the IPC World Championship in Holland.
Sportswoman of the Year went to swimmer Sarah-Louise Casey.
Casey, who participated in the Special Olympics European Youth Games, set four world records during 2006 and won the 100m butterfly at the Learning Disability National Championships.
The junior awards went to Newham swimmer Thomas Brown and Madelaine Kirkman, from Lewisham, a talented athlete and swimmer.
Michelle Weltman, who coaches Brown, won the Coach of the Year award.
