Madison silver for GB in Beijing
Bradley Wiggins and Mark Cavendish took silver in the Madison at round two of the World Track Cup in Beijing.
Three teams gained a lap on the rest, with the Britons only losing out to France because of the point gained by the winners in the first team sprint.
Victoria Pendleton crashed out of the women's keirin when looking well set.
In the men's sprint the three Britons narrowly failed to reach the final four, with Chris Hoy coming fifth, Ross Edgar sixth and Craig MacLean seventh.
In the women's keirin, Pendleton was well in contention when a crash took out all but one rider.
However, she is expected to be left with nothing more than bruises and splinters from the track.
In the minor final, up and coming Anna Blyth won the race for the line to end the competition in seventh place.
