The 120-mile British Cyclosportive on 1 July is getting ever closer for our competition winner.

Martin will catch every draft and slice of cake in his video diary as his date with destiny draws nearer.
And he's keen to hear from you. Have you ever ridden in a team? Are there races that a 30-something amateur cyclist can enter?
If you've any tips for Martin, or if you have any ideas about training or amateur cycling which our man can cover, get in touch via 606.
