Our competition winner, Martin Page, is now upping his training miles as he prepares for the 120-mile British Cyclosportive on 1 July.
In his fourth video diary, the 37-year-old teacher finds ways to address bike widow syndrome and hunger, and discovers the value of company in his struggle with saddle soreness.
