Video diary of a bike nut part three
He's got the bike, he's had the fitness test. Now, our competition winner, Martin Page, gets down to training.
His task is to complete 120 miles in one day in the British Cyclosportive on 1 July.
In his third video diary, the 37-year-old teacher introduces his family, goes out for his first two-hour ride and gets the reactions of his work colleagues and the painfully frank opinions of some of his students.
