Reggie Bush and LaDainian Tomlinson both hope playing in London will spur their Super Bowl campaigns.
The New York Giants beat Miami at Wembley last October and went on to take the league title.
"There is definitely some history here in London now. The teams that come over have the chance to win the Super Bowl," said New Orleans running back Bush.
San Diego's Tomlinson said: "London has a little mojo. Hopefully the mojo will be on us and not the Saints."
Tomlinson's Chargers lost in last year's Super Bowl semi-finals and will be favourites to beat the Saints in the NFL's return to Wembley on 26 October.
Tomlinson and Bush - two of the most exciting runners in the league - were in London this week to promote the match.
"It's my first time here, I'm very excited. I've always wanted to come to London," Tomlinson continued.
"No question, the London game last year had a big impact here. Wembley was packed, it was like a play-off atmosphere, crazy"
Bush added: "I'm excited to be here promoting our game for October, it's exciting to come to a different country and to know that we have the chance to gain some fans over here.
"It's definitely a great opportunity for us to come over here and play a game in Europe and experience a different environment. Everybody is looking forward to it."
