Khomich fails dope test
Russia's Albina Khomich has become the ninth weightlifter to test positive for drugs at the Athens Olympics.
Russian officials said former women's world super heavyweight champion Khomich had tested positive for a banned steroid and been withdrawn.
It was reported on Saturday that two weightlifters had tested positive for drugs, one of whom was said to be Greek bronze-medal winner Leonidas Sampanis.
Indian weightlifter Sanamacha Chanu was also said to have failed a test.
Chanu, 25, tested positive in pre-Games testing for a banned diuretic, Furosemide.
