British badminton star Nathan Robertson has set his sights on Olympic gold in Beijing following his silver medal with Gail Emms at the Athens Games.
Robertson and Emms pushed Chinese pair Jun Zhang and Ling Gao all the way in Thursday's mixed doubles final and are confident of getting better by 2008.
"There's no reason why we can't improve - we're young enough," said Robertson.
"We'll be 31. That's not too old at all and there's no reason why we can't be better if everything goes smoothly."
Robertson admitted that the Chinese would be difficult to beat on their home turf.
But he relished continuing the occasionally bad-tempered rivalry with Zhang and Gao.

"There's definitely not a lot of friendship between the Europeans and the Asians," he said.
"We know that we're basically competing against the Asians so there's a bit more friendship with the European players."
Emms, who was bitterly disappointed after losing the final, hinted that she would love to get revenge in Beijing.
"I was absolutely gutted. I hate losing. I forgot it was a gold medal match and I was just going out there to win."
