Tanni races to second gold
Britain's Tanni Grey-Thompson sprinted to a golden double on Sunday when she added the T53 women's 100m title to her 800m crown.
Grey-Thompson turned in a sparkling performance to edge out hot favourite Cheri Blauwet with a time of 17.29 seconds in Sydney's Olympic Stadium.
She finished just four one-hundredths-of-a-second ahead of her rival.
After the race, Grey-Thompson admitted: "The hundred metres is my weakest event as I'm shaky at the start.
"As soon as I was up with Cheri I knew I had a chance, I was able to sit alongside her before pulling away.
"It's so nice to get this out of the way as I was so nervous beforehand."
