Lu claims eighth gold for China
China made it eight gold medals out of nine in the weightlifting when Lu Yong claimed a dramatic victory in the men's 85kg category on Friday.
Lu tied the world record set moments earlier by Andrei Rybakou of Belarus but took the title because of his lower body weight.
Rybakou thought he had won with his total of 394kg, but Lu equalled the score with his final lift.
Tigran Martirosyan of Armenia totaled 380kg to take the bronze.
