Olympic Dreams - Ben Swift

Age 19, Cycling
Born Rotherham, rides for 100% ME, Barloworld and GB

British cycling is loaded with talent and Swift is the latest star to rise through the ranks of the Olympic Academy Programme.

He was crowned King of the Mountains after winning the final stage of Italy's Giro delle Regioni, and also tasted track success as part of the GB U-23 European Championships team pursuit squad.

It was no surprise the world of professional racing came knocking. Swift made his pro debut for Barloworld in August.
