Clewlow may retire after Beijing
Canterbury hockey star Mel Clewlow has hinted that the Beijing Olympics could be her last major tournament.
Clewlow hopes to be in the 16-person Great Britain squad heading out to China later this year.
She told BBC Radio Kent: "I'll be 36 when 2012 comes around, I might stick around for that, but there are a lot of good youngsters coming through.
"If we go to Beijing and win I can't see myself carrying on, but if you finish fourth it may be different."
Clewlow, 32, scored in both of GB's recent warm-up games against Argentina and has been a mainstay of the side for a number of years.
