The absence of Clontibret duo Conor McManus and John Paul Mone means that Dromore will go in as favourites in Sunday's Ulster Club Football clash.
McManus suffered a broken wrist earlier this week while Mone is also ruled out by injury.
With McManus and Mone out, Vinny Corey becomes an even more important player for Clontibret.
Dromore's key men include Sean O'Neill, Colm McCullagh, Ryan McMenamin, Ronan McNabb and Barry Collins.
McCullagh held his nerve to slot the injury-time penalty which earned a 1-14 to 1-13 win over Ardboe in the high-quality Tyrone decider three weeks ago.
The fortitude exhibited by Dromore in the Tyrone final augurs well for their prospects of making an impact in the provincial championship.
However, Clontibret can call on the tactical expertise of Paul Grimley on the sideline and the Monaghan champions, despite their injuries, cannot be completely discounted.
However, McMenamin, O'Neill and key man McCullagh have all been in tremendous form for Dromore during the club campaign.
Former underage star Ronan McNabb is continuing his development while Barry Collins has also been producing solid form in the middle third of the field.
Despite the Clones venue, Dromore should progress to the last four and with something to spare.
