Six Ulster women claim All Stars
Beaten All-Ireland finalists Monaghan have claimed four places on this year's Ladies Football All Stars team.
Sharon Courtney, Amanda Casey, Niamh Kindlon and Edel Byrne are the Monaghan award winners.
Down player Michaela Downey and Tyrone's Niamh Woods from Tyrone are also named in the team.
Cork, who hammered Monaghan 4-13 to 0-11 in the All-Ireland decider, predictably lead the 2008 awards with eight honours.
