Derry 4-14 5-6 Armagh
Late goals from Mark Craig and Paddy Henry saved Derry's blushes the Christy Ring Cup match at Celtic Park.
After 31 minutes Derry had led 2-7 to 0-1 thanks to 1-5 from Ruairi Convery and a goal by Sam Dodds.
But five goals in 15 minutes either side of half-time from John Corvan (2), Fiachra Quinn, Cathal Carville and Gerard Enright had Armagh in front.
However, those late strikes by Craig and Henry were enough to see the Oak Leafers home by a five-point margin.
Derry: Adrian Magill, Ruairi McCloskey, Conor Quinn, Cathal McQuillan, Conor McKenna (Slaughtneil), Sean McCullagh, Mark Craig, Kevin Hinphey, Stephen Henry, Paddy McCloskey, Ben Dodds, Oisin McCloskey, Paddy Henry, Ruairi Convery, Sam Dodds
