Cumbria to host motocross event

Motocross

Low Gelt Bridge is to host the penultimate event in the 2008 British Motocross Championship calendar on Sunday, 17 August.

Both Motocross One and Two class bikes will compete at the championships as the season draws to its finish.

CAS Honda rider Billy McKenzie will look to follow up his MX1 win in the last stage with victory in Cumbria.

Meanwhile the MX2 class has been a duel between KTM UK rider Shaun Simpson and Molson's Stephen Sword.
